It requires ASF as the file container, but it does support H.264/AAC encryption within that container. It's still unclear at this moment whether we'll have DRM support for H.264/AAC in Silverlight v.Next, or if that'll have to wait until v.Next.Next. Product development resources are finite so we have to prioritize features accordingly. KKI,
